📦 SHIPPING

We currently sell from existing stock only and do not offer international shipping.

Orders are dispatched on a weekly schedule (generally Thursdays).
Please allow up to 14 days from order placement for your order to be dispatched and delivered, depending on your location.

We do not offer same-day or next-day shipping.

Shipping rates (flat rate per item)

North Island

  • Sinks — $120

  • Taps & Mirrors — $30

  • Strainers & Accessories — $10

  • Handles — $2

South Island

  • Sinks — $140

  • Taps & Mirrors — $40

  • Strainers & Accessories — $20

  • Handles — $3

If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

💳 PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

We accept payment by credit card via Stripe.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

📦 AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All products are sold from existing stock only.

In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. This may include a refund or, where appropriate, an alternative product.

Once payment has been received, we will confirm your order via the email address provided at checkout.

Change of Mind

As this is a close-of-business stock sale, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Not as Described Products

If a product you receive is faulty, significantly not as described, or fails within a reasonable time due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@mswila.co.nz as soon as possible.

We will work with you to arrange a refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

Please check your items for any marks or damage upon delivery and notify us promptly if there is an issue.
Keeping original packaging where possible can help with assessment.

Return shipping costs for faulty items will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
